a. Payment Processing
All payments for subscriptions are securely processed by Stripe. By making a payment through our app, you agree to have your payment processed by Stripe in accordance with their Payment Services Agreement and Privacy Policy. For more details, please refer to Stripe's Terms of Service and Stripe's Privacy Policy.
b. Billing
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis on the date of your initial purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the current rate until canceled.
c. Refunds & Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remainder of that period. All subscription fees are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in cases where the service is materially defective. Refunds, if granted, will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
d. Stripe Disclosures
By using our payment system, you acknowledge that your payment details are handled by Stripe and are subject to their security measures.
Personal Data Collected: We collect only your email address during registration and for password resets. No additional personal data is collected.
Data Security: Your email is stored securely and we take reasonable measures to protect it, including encryption for data in transit and at rest. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Email Communications: Automated emails (subscription confirmations, cancellation notices, password resets) are sent from a no-reply address. Please do not reply to these emails. For assistance, contact us at simulaitor@outlook.com.
Usage and Sharing: We will not sell or share your email with third parties, except as required by law or necessary to provide our service (e.g., payment processing with Stripe).

All content and intellectual property rights in the app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, remain our property or that of our licensors.
